In some units of spinning machines, quality problems are experienced due to various reasons. Due to the yarns produced on spindles with serious quality problems, very high shears and an increase in waste are experienced.
The yarns in which low quality yarns different from the average are produced cause problems such as increased shear during winding and uneven appearance in the fabric.

Thanks to t-octopus, the cutting values of all ring spindles in the spinning mill can be traced and an increase in production is provided by finding the error sources instead of trying to search .
Application
In the spinning machine, the rollers may become dirty, the cots may be damaged, the travellers may burn.
Since the spindles where the problematic cops are produced are known, the intervention process is shortened by finding, correcting and verifying the error, and more precise settings can be worked with less cutting.
