Our Story
t-octopus has been just designed by request of a high quality spinning mill located in Turkiye. All hardware and software have been developed locally by customers needs.

Quality oriented spinning mills don't get complaints because their quality is bad. But because of particular cones infected by bad spinning positions.

Until today it was not possible to locate spinning positions producing yarn below average.

Every cut during winding process cause yarn waste between 3 m to 5 m for basic quality cuts.

Alarm cuts cause much more waste according to type of quality problem.

More painful one is rejected bobbins from winding spindles because of their repeating quality cuts. These bobbins either ends in waste box or seperated for low priced yarn box. This has been accepted as normal until today, which is causing a lot of loss of yarn.
